About Chad

Chad has been a physical therapist with OSMC since 1997. He currently serves as PT Department Supervisor and facility OSHA Safety Officer. Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, and actively serves his local church and community. His most enjoyable hobbies include off-road motorcycle racing and spending time in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Chad also enjoys attending his kids' school and recreational activities.
