What's Changing:

• Physical Therapy East: (844) 749-1121
• Physical Therapy West: (844) 749-1120

Text Messaging: Our previous text messaging number is no longer in service. Going forward, messages to our care team can be sent securely through the AthenaOne Patient Portal.

What's NOT Changing
Your care team and your records. Everything transferred automatically, and no action is needed on your part.
